Created a cover illustration for LSA Magazine that captures the issue’s theme of “Small but Mighty” through scale, atmosphere, and symbolism—highlighting growth, resilience, and the potential of small beginnings.

MORE INFO —

For the Spring 2026 issue of LSA Magazine: Small but Mighty, I created a full-wrap cover illustration centered on the idea of quiet strength and growth. The composition uses scale and perspective to position a small seedling as the focal point, surrounded by a towering forest that hints at what even the smallest beginnings can become over time. Concentrated detail and movement on the front cover draw attention to the actively sprouting plant, while the illustration gradually fades as it wraps to the back cover, creating continuity without pulling focus from the central concept. Expanded sky, atmospheric light, and beams filtering through the trees help balance the density of the forest and introduce a sense of openness, optimism, and possibility. Subtle elements like the bird overhead reinforce the feeling of life, momentum, and connection within a larger ecosystem.
