MORE INFO —

The County of Santa Barbara’s public defenders wanted a brand developed for their specific branch of public defenders, headed by Tracy Macuga. The client wanted a logo that incorporated their motto of “insuring justice and restoring lives”. We explored a variety of colors that would further support that feeling. I developed a brand system with established visual elements, colors, and typography.

Red and black logo with the number 911 inside a shield, indicating emergency services.
Black-and-white drawing of a person sitting at a desk, thinking with a thought bubble above their head, with various sketches and notes around them.
Design guidelines for 911 Training Institute, including logo with red shield and '911' in red, submarks with the same shield, and color palette of white, black, and red, with fonts Roboto Regular and Roboto Bold.
